摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shenfu Injection on myocardium in anesthetized patients with infectious shock during perioperative period. Methods Totally 100 patients with infectious shock admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound sodium chloride during the perioperative period, while the experimental group was treated with Shenfu Injection. Results After operation, the CI, DO2, GEDVI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the rate of myocardial ischemia attack was lower than the control group, the average ST segment was longer than the control group, the mean arterial blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation were higher than the control group, and the heart rate was lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Shenfu Injection is used for anesthetized patients with infectious shock during perioperative period can significantly reduce the risk of myocardial ischemia and reduce the changes of hemodynamic indexes, which can protect the myocardial function of the patients.关键词
