Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle ( QCC ) for improving the quality control of outpatient pharmacy for western medicine. Methods The QCC activities were carried out in outpatient pharmacy for western medicine in our hospital from May to August 2016, according to voluntary participation, pharmacists determined the theme of QCC activities, analyzed the problems existing in the quality control of the outpatient pharmacy for western medicine in the hospital and formulated the program of activities, analyzed and formulated solutions, evaluated the intangible results and tangible results of the activities, and set up standardized working proce-dures, and continuously improved for western medicine the level of drug quality management in outpatient pharmacy for western medicine. Results After the QCC activities carried out in the outpatient pharmacy for western medicine, the goal achievement rate of overdue drugs was 118. 58％, the goal achievement rate of drug deliquescence was 136. 99％, and the goal achievement rate of cold medicines was 125. 52％. Pharmacists in the outpatient pharmacy for western medicine were significantly improved in the aspects of ex-cavation, brainstorming, communication and coordination, team spirit and etc. Conclusion QCC is effective for improving the quality con-trol of outpatient pharmacy for western medicine, and can effectively improve the level of quality control of outpatient pharmacy for western medicine, it is worthy of popularizing.关键词
