Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of electronic community management on the compliance and social function recovery of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Totally 120 patients with schizophrenia discharge of our hospital from February 2013 to January 2015 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The group B received routine discharge guidance and maintenance treatment of antipsychotic drugs, on this basis, the group A was given electronic community management. The two groups were observed for one year. The symptom checklist ( SCL-90 ) , medication compliance scale, and Momingside rehabilitation status scale ( MRSS ) were evaluated in the two groups before and after the treatment. The mental health, medication compliance and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results One year later, the scores of SCL-90 and MRSS in the group A were significantly lower than those in the group B ( P < 0. 05 ) . The medication compliance of the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the recurrence rate of the group A was significantly lower than that of the group B ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The electronic community supervision can effectively improve the medication compli-ance and social function of patients with schizophrenia, and can help reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
