摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the method for content determination of Indapamide Tablets,and to find out the critical point control of analytical methods. Methods According to the method of China Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition,Volume Ⅱ)to determine the content of Indapamide Tablets,the porphyrization powder of Indapamide Tablets was over the No. 6 sieve,the right amount of alcohol was added and heated up in water bath for a certain time. Absorbance was measured at the wavelength of 242 nm by ultraviolet-visible spec-trophotometry of China Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition,Volume Ⅳ,General 0401). Results The content of Indapamide Tablets ranged from 90. 0% to 110. 0%,which was in accordance with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The improved method can always accurately determine the content of Indapamide Tablets in influence factor of different laboratories,different types of instru-ments and different analysts.关键词
