摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of methiouine in Methiouine in Methiouine-Vitamin B1 and Sodium Chloride Injection. Methods The COSMOSIL5 C18-MS-Ⅱcolumn (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was performed,the mobile phase was water,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the temperature was set at 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 228 nm. Results Methiouine showed a good linear in the concentration range of 70. 94-638. 46 μg/mL (r=0. 9999). The average recovery of methiouine was 100. 03%,and RSD was 0. 86%(n=9). Conclusion The method is accurate,simple,rapid and reproducible,which can be used for the content determination of methiouine in Methiouine in Methiouine-Vitamin B1 and Sodium Chloride Injection.关键词
