阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中对颈动脉斑块及卒中复发的影响
Effects of Atorvastatin Combined with Aspirin on Carotid Plaque and Stroke Recurrence in Patients with Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on carotid plaque and stroke recurrence in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 300 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the convenience sampling method,150 cases in each group. The control group was given Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets,while the observation group was given Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets. After 12 months of treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was an-alyzed. Results After treatment,the rate of severe stenosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(16. 00% vs. 30. 00%,P < 0. 05). During the treatment period,11 cases (7. 33%)in the observation group suffered recurrence of stroke,and 23 cases (15. 33%)in the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with aspirin can effectively improve the degree of carotid stenosis in patients with ischemic stroke,control the recurrence rate of stroke,and help to improve the therapeutic effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
