罗浮山百草油吸入法联合加味止嗽散治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Luofushan Baicao Oil combined with modified Zhisou San in treating cough due to colds. Methods Totally 200 patients with cough due to colds admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The observation group was given Luofushan Baicao Oil combined with modified Zhisou San, patients inhaled Baicao Oil, 3 times per day, traditional Chinese medicine decoction was decocted in water for oral dose, 1 dose per day. The control group was only given modified Zhisou San, which was decocted in water for oral dose. The two groups were treated for 7 days. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 00%, which was significantly higher than 76. 00% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The average antipyretic time and cough time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The effect of Luofushan Baicao oil combined with modified Zhisou San in treating cough due to colds is obviously superior to the only use of modified Zhisou San. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
