Abstract
Objective To promote the rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods The prophylactic application of antibiotics were ana-lyzed retrospectively in 690 patients during perioperative period of type Ⅰincision which were collected in 2016. Results Totally 170 cases who prophylactically used antibiotics,and the preventive utilization rate was 24. 64%. The rational rate of antibiotics selection was 88. 82%,cefazolin was the main varieties of antibiotics for preventive use,totally 148 cases (87. 06%). There were 130 patients (76. 47%)whose first prophylactic used antibiotics met the requirements of preoperative 0. 5 to 1 h,and the rational rate of postopera-tive course was 67. 65%. Conclusion The prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period of type Ⅰincision operation in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still some irrational phenomena. It is necessary to strengthen the perioperative su-pervision and management of antibiotics so as to promote the rational use of antibiotics in clinic.关键词
