Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of the treatment for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA) by massage of one-finger pushing on GB20 combined with electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points.Methods:90 cases of patients with CAS were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 45 cases in each group;the control group was treated by electro-acupuncture on cervical Jiaji points, on this basis, the treatment group was also intervened with massage of one-finger pushing on GB20.The flow of vertebral artery blood and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS) were used to evaluate clinical curative effect after the treatment.Results:PSV, EDV, and CASCS were increased;whereas RI and PI were decreased in both groups after the treatment, there were significant differences between pre-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%, which was significant higher than 82.22% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of one-finger pushing on GB20 combined with electro-acupuncture on cervical Jiaji points has significant clinical effect on CSA.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the flow of vertebral artery blood.关键词
