Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) technique treating sequela of apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods:84 patients with apoplexy hemiplegia were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and the combination group, with 42 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with points along meridian combined with the conventional medicine after acute stage, and the combination group was treated with PNF rehabilitation training on the treatment basis of the acupuncture group.Fugl-Meyer motor function, MAS balance test, Barthel index, and TCM symptom score changes were observed after treatment in the two groups.Results:All scores after treatment were improved compared to those before treatment in the two groups.Fugl-Meyer motor function(28.96±2.82) and MAS balance function(9.45±1.55) of the combination group were superior to those(20.90±3.06, 7.60±1.74) of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Barthel index of the combination group was 73.81%, which was higher than 45.24% of the acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with PNF technique is better than single acupuncture in treating sequela of apoplexy hemiplegia, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
