Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for apoplectic hemiplegic spasticity.Methods:60 patients with hemiplegic spasticity were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group.Electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training was applied in the treatment group, and the control group was only treated by rehabilitation training.Hemiplegic spasticity of the two groups were assessed by using modified Ashworth scale(MAS), simplified Fugl-Meyer scale(S-FM), and Barthel index(BI).Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30), which was significantly higher than 86.67%(26/30) of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).The motor functions and activity of daily living were both improved in the two groups after the treatment compared to those before the treatment(P<0.05) in which the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can more effectively alleviate apoplectic hemiplegic spasticity than the therapy of rehabilitation training alone.关键词
