Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with Fluoxetine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI) accompanied with depression, in terms of neurologic function recovery, negative emotions, and immune function.Methods:56 ACI patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group (n=28) and the control group (n=28).Both groups were treated with routine medication, in which the control group was also intervened with conventional rehabilitation measures, and the rehabilitation group was internved with acupuncture combined with Fluoxetine.NIHSS score, Barthel index score, and FMA score were compared between the two groups after four-week treatment.SAS and SDS were used to assess the anxiety and depression of the patients, and immune function indicators were detected before treatment and after four-week treatment in both groups. Results:NIHSS score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05), and it was much lower in the rehabilitation group than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of BI and FMA were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.01, P<0.05), also, the rehabilitation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Scores of SAS and SDS of the rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, there were significant differences in terms of CD4+,CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+ compared to those before treatment(P<0.01), which were also statistically significant compared to those of the control group(P<0.01, P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Fluoxetine can effectively improve neurologic function;negative emotions;life quality;and immune function of the patients with ACI.关键词
