深刺下腰部华佗夹脊穴配合传统功法训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评估

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of deep needling local Huatuo Jiaji points combined with traditional power training in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60).The therapy of needling Huatuo Jiaji points combined with power training was applied in both groups, the needling depth in the treatment group was 25 mm~40 mm, it was 13 mm~25 mm in the control group.Total efficiency was observed in the two groups after four weeks.Results:The difference of total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of VAS, ODI, and JOA of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep needling local Huatuo Jiaji points combined with power training can improve JOA low back pain, reduce scores of VAS and ODI, increase the total efficiency, its effect was better than shallow needling.关键词
