重视针刺得气临床研究中针感的记录方式
Recording Mode for Needling Sensation in the Clinical Acupuncture Research on Obtaining Qi
摘要
Abstract
The quantitative evaluation of needling sensation is of great significance to the clinical acupuncture research on obtaining qi.Needling sensation scales and questionnaires are important tools to record the sensations,in which sensation recording time,number of acupuncture points,and times of needling are recorded.Sensation recording time includes during needling and after needling.Number of needling points includes single point which can record needling sensation directly,and multiple points which can record needling sensation of each point in turn or record average sensation of all points.Times of needling consist of single needling and multiple needling,in which the former records the needling sensation directly and the latter records needling sensations of the selected needling or last needling.The way of recording needling sensation is an important part of the quantitative evaluation of obtaining qi that cannot be ignored.Needling sensation should be recorded at different time to reflect different aspects,and more importance should be attached to the needling sensation of each point and each needling session,in order to provide detailed reference for further clinical research on obtaining qi.关键词
