针刺治疗颈型高血压病的随机对照研究
Randomized Controlled Trials of Cervical Hypertension by Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for cervical hypertension.Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.Acupuncture was applied in the observation group,whereas Jingfukang granules and Felodipine tablets were used in the control group.24 hours ambulatory BP monitoring and cervical vertebra function were assessed after 28 days of therapy,and recurrence rate was observed after 6 months.Results:Both groups achieved certain effects in lowering blood pressure and improving cervical vertebra function,in which the observation group was superior to the control group(P <0.05),and the recurrence of the observation group was less than that of the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture can treat cervical hypertension effectively,which is worthy of clinicalpromotion.关键词
