针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究
Clinical study of Chronic Urticaria by Acupuncture Combined with Pricking-cupping
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pricking-cupping in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:36 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 18 cases in each group.Points of GB20,GV14,BL13,BL17,BL20,CV13,LI11,SP10,and ST36 were applied in both groups three times per week for six weeks.Pricking-cupping was also used on alternate points of GV14 and BL13,or points of LI11 and SP10 after acupuncture twice a week in the observation group.The symptom scores were observed before and after treatment to compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:The symptom scores were decreased after treatment in the two groups(P <0.05),in which the observation group was superior to the control group(P <0.05); the effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%,which was higher than 66.7% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined pricking-cupping was superior to single acupuncture in the treatment of chronic urticaria.关键词
