摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke with the point combination method of "regulating qi movement of spleen and stomach".Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Conventional acupoints on the affected side were used in the control group;whereas in the treatment group,points of CV12,CV6,ST25(both sides),ST36(left),and GB34(right) were also applied on the basis of the points in the control group,with the point combination method of regulating qi movement of spleen and stomach".The clinical efficacy was evaluated after four courses of treatment.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of clinical efficacy(P>0.05);In comparison of changes in improving FMA(Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment) and MBI (Mahoney-Barthel Index),which are a kind of assessment for the activities of daily living,the treatment group was superior to the control group with a significant difference(P<0.01);there was also a significant difference in symptom assessments(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture with point combination method of "regulating qi movement of spleen and stomach" has obvious advantages over the conventional acupuncture in improving the scores of FMA and MBI,it also has some advantages in improving hemiplegia symptoms,although there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of clinical efficacy.关键词
