针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的免疫机制研究
Immune Mechanism of Postherpetic Neuralgia with Acupuncture Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and the immune mechanism of acupuncture therapy for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,which were the blank group,the model group,the western medicine group,the fire needling group,and the moxibustion group.The PHN models were established in rats by inoculating varicella-zoster virus (VZV),and the threshold of mechanical pain was used to evaluate the models.On the 7th day of modeling,the western medicine group was administered once a day,and acupuncture was applied every other day in the acupuncture group;the treatment course was 14 days.The venous blood in each group was taken 10 hours after the last treatment to test the levels of IL-2,IL-4 and TNF-α with ELISA method,and the expression of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in the subgroups were detected with flow cytometry technique.The statistical analysis was used for comparison.Results:The threshold of mechanical pain was improved in all treatment groups,and the fire needling therapy had the best effect.Compared to the model group,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ were increased,but the levels of CD8+ was decreased,and the ratio of CD4/CD8 was increased in all treatment groups.There were significant differences between the model group and the other treatment groups except for the western medicine group,of which there was also a significant difference between the fire needling group and the western medicine group.The levels of the immune-related factors,such as IL-2 and TNF-α were increased,but the level of IL-4 was decreased in all treatment groups;there was a significant difference between the fire needling group and the model group.Conclusion:T-cell immune dysfunction existed in PHN rats.The fire needling therapy can heighten the threshold of mechanical pain,and it can change the proportion of CD4+ in T cells,and the level of serum Th1 and Th2 these immune-related factors,which may be one of the mechanisms of fire needling therapy for PHN.关键词
