Study on Photobiological Safety Testing Methods of White LED for Indoor Lighting Based on Cellular Level Characterization

Abstract
LED technology is currently in a period of rapid development.Its application areas are gradually expanding from the field of outdoor lighting to the field of indoor lighting, and it is expected to become the main light source for ordinary indoor lighting.Photobiological safety of white LED for indoor lighting has become a frontier issue in the field of building light environment.Firstly, in this study, combined with the early results of the project, phosphor excited white LED is used as the experimental light source, and four kinds of human skins and eye cells are used as experimental cells, then MTT colorimetric assay is used to conduct the detection experiment of photobiological safety evaluation index: cell viability, in different irradiation hours and under different irradiation intensities.Secondly, the original data of the experiment are scientifically screened and analyzed to obtain the effect of different irradiation hours and intensities on cell viability.Finally, a comprehensive, fast and accurate photobiological safety testing method of White LED for indoor lighting is established.关键词
