补肾活血中药复方对AGEs条件下体外纯化培养视网膜Müller细胞活力的影响
Effect of Bushen Huoxue Compound Formulae on Retinal Müller Cells Cultured in AGEs Condition
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate tHe effect of BusHen Huoxue formuLa on tHe activity of retinaL MüLLer ceLLs(RMCs) purified in vitro under AGEs conditions. MetHods: THe RMCs of seven-day SD rats was cuLtured by way of modified enzyme-digestion metHod. THe serum was made from BusHen Huoxue formuLa. Purified RMCs were cuLtured under AGEs conditions, and tHe serum was added to tHe cuLture medium. After 48Hrs, LDH Leakage was detected. ResuLts:1. Compared to tHe normaL controL group, tHere was an increasing trend of LDH Leakage in tHe Low-dose AGEs group,but tHere was no significant difference between tHe two groups (P＞0. 05); LDH Leakage was increased significantLy in tHe HigH-dose AGEs group compared to tHe normaL controL group (P ＜0.05). 2. THere was no statisticaL significance in terms of LDH Leakage between tHe TCM intervention group and tHe normaL controL group (P＞0.05). 3. THe LDH Leakage of tHe TCM intervention group was reduced significantLy compared to tHe AGEs group (P <0. 05). ConcLusion:THe serum made from BusHen Huoxue formuLa couLd increase tHe activity of RMCs under AGEs conditions, wHicH may be its mecHanism for diabetic retinopatHy.关键词
