西洋参对大鼠脑缺血后的心肌Cx43表达的影响
Effect of American Ginseng on Expression of Cx43 in Cerebral Ischemia Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To examine tHe effects of American ginseng on tHe expression of myocardium connexin 43 (Cx43) and its infLuence for arrHytHmia in cerebraL iscHemia rats. MetHods: THe cerebraL iscHemia modeLs were estabLisHed by occLuding rigHt middLe cerebraL artery. American ginseng decoction was given as preconditioning to rats before modeLing.ECG was monitored after two Hours of modeLing, and tHe expression and distribution of Cx43 were detected witH Western bLot metHod and immunoHistocHemistry tecHnique. ResuLts: Preconditioning of American ginseng enHanced tHe expression of Cx43 in tHe ventricLe after cerebraL iscHemia. THe injury of bridge corpuscLe in intercaLated disc and gap junction in myocardiaL tissue were reduced under tHe eLectron microscope, and tHe start time of arrHytHmias was deLayed and tHe duration was mucH sHorter in American ginseng group compared to tHose in tHe modeL group. ConcLusion: Preconditioning of American ginseng Have protective effect for myocardium after acute cerebraL iscHemia.关键词
