124例鼻病毒感染患者中医证候分析
TCM Syndrome Analysis of 124 Patients with Rhinovirus Infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To expLore tHe cLinicaL features of rHinovirus infection and its TCM syndromes.MetHods: RT-PCR was used to detect tHe common respiratory virus infection in tHe outpatients and tHe inpatients wHo met incLuded criteria witH pHaryngeaL swab or nasopHaryngeaL drain, in wHicH tHe singLe HRV infection cases were coLLected to anaLyze tHe cLinicaL symptoms, tHe pHysicaL signs, and tHe TCM syndromes. ResuLts: THe main cLinicaL manifestations of tHis disease were fever, aversion to wind, sweating, stuffy nose, or runny nose, itcHy tHroat pain, cougH, wHite pHLegm,Hoarse voice, gas rusHing upwards feeLing, and tHirst. ConcLusion: THe main TCM syndromes for rHinovirus infection are as foLLows: tHe pattern of wind- coLd contraction, tHe pattern of wind- Heat contraction, tHe pattern of wind- coLd transforming into wind- Heat, tHe pattern of wind- Heat contraction witH dampness.关键词
