射干麻黄汤对急性哮喘小鼠模型IL-17A及IL-17F表达的影响
The Influence of Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the Expressions of IL-17A and IL-17F in Acute Asthma Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate tHe infLuence of SHegan MaHuang Decoction on tHe expression of IL-17A and IL-17F in tHe Lung tissue of acute astHma mice, and to furtHer eLaborate its mecHanism of treating astHma.MetHods: A totaL of 60 mice were randomLy divided into six groups, nameLy tHe controL group(group A), tHe astHma modeL group (group B), different concentration groups of SHegan MaHuang decotion (group C, group D, and group E), and DexametHasone group(group F).THe patHoLogicaL cHanges of Lung tissue were observed under microscope witH HE staining metHod, LeveLs of IL-17A and IL-17F were tested in serum, and tHe LeveLs of IL-17A mRNA and IL-17F mRNA in Lung tissue were detected by reverse transcription poLymerase cHain reaction.ResuLts:THe expressions of IL-17A mRNA and IL-17F mRNA in group B were significantLy HigHer tHan tHose in group A(P<0.01).Compared to group B, tHey were botH decreased in group C, group D, and group E(P<0.05), in wHicH tHe cHanges in group C was most significant, cLosing to group F.THe LeveL cHanges of IL-17A and IL-17F Had simiLar trend to tHe cHanges of IL-17A mRNA and IL-17F mRNA.ConLusion:SHegan MaHuang decoction may acHieve tHe treating effect on astHma by reducing tHe production of IL-17A and IL-17F.关键词
