摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate tHe effects of HuangLian Qingjiang mixture combined witH antiHypertensive pLaster on NO, IGF-1, MIF, and HemorHeoLogy in Hypertension patients.MetHods: A totaL of 154 patients witH primary Hypertension were randomLy divided into tHe combination group and tHe controL group.THe combination group was treated witH HuangLian Qingjiang mixture, combined witH tHe antiHypertensive pLaster being appLied to naveL.THe patients in tHe controL group were treated witH VaLsartan.BotH interventions were once a day.BLood pressure, tHe content of NO, IGF-1, MIF and HemorHeoLogy cHange were observed between tHe two groups after tHree-montH treatment.ResuLts: THe totaL effective rate of tHe combination group was 84.4%, wHicH was significantLy HigHer tHan 75.3% of tHe controL group.THe bLood pressure controL of tHe combination group was superior to tHat of tHe controL group.THe LeveLs of NO and IGF-1 were significantLy HigHer tHan tHose of tHe controL group, and tHe content of MIF was significantLy Lower tHan tHat of tHe controL group, and tHe HemorHeoLogy indexes of tHe combination group was significantLy Lower tHan tHose of tHe controL group.ConcLusion: HuangLian Qingjiang mixture combined witH antiHypertensive pLaster Has better controL effect on earLy stage of Hypertension, it can increase NO and IGF-1 LeveLs, decrease MIF content and bLood viscosity, and effectiveLy prevent its secondary disease.关键词
