针刺足三里穴脑fMRI研究进展
Research Progress on Brain fMRI by Acupuncture Treatment with Point ST36
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Lower He-sea point ST36 Has tHe effect of strengtHening tHe spLeen and stomacH, and reLaxing meridians and activating coLLateraLs, wHicH is good for pHysicaL HeaLtH.ReLevant cLinicaL Literatures about acupuncture witH ST36 using brain fMRI tecHnique were coLLected and anaLyzed to expect tHe action mecHanism of ST36.MetHods: Literatures were seLected by tHe retrieving words of acupuncture, ST36 and fMRI from tHe database of tHe CNKI and Pubmed.ResuLts: 85 and 33 Literatures were obtained in two respective databases.PLenty of Literatures suggested tHat acupuncture witH point ST36 couLd trigger muLtipLe brain regions, incLuding frontaL Lobe, temporaL Lobe, posterior centraL gyrus, caLLosaL convoLution, insuLa Lobe, HypotHaLamus and Hippocampus.ConcLusion: THe searcHes incLuded are mainLy about tHe activated brain areas, tHe mecHanism of acupuncture, and after-effects of acupuncture.A mounts of experimentaL resuLts confirmed tHat tHe action mecHanism of acupuncture witH point ST36 may form a compLex coordinating function networks tHrougHout different brain areas to acHieve tHerapeutic effect.ALso, acupuncture witH ST36 pLays an important roLe in improving cognitive function, reLieving pain,and reguLating gastrointestinaL function.关键词
