糖肾降浊颗粒对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织AGEs和转移因子β1的影响及作用机制探讨
Effect and Mechanism of TangShen JiangZhuo Granule on AGEs and TGF-β1 in Diabetic Nephropathy Rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influences of Tangshen Jiangzhuo granule on advanced glycation end products(AGEs) and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in the nephridial tissues of diabetic nephropathy(DN) rats.Methods:Streptozotocin(STZ) was used to establish the DN model in rats by intraperitoneal injection.The rats were randomized into the model group,the western medicine group,and Chinese medicine group.After eight weeks,the content of AGEs and TGF-β1 were detected by immunohistochemical method.The levels of BUN(urea nitrogen),SCr(creatinine),Pro(urine protein)in blood,as well as CRP (C-reactive protein),IL-6 and TNF-α in kidney tissues were tested.Results:The contents and levels of AGEs,TGF-β1,BUN,SCr,Pro,CRP,IL-6,and TNF-a in the Chinese medicine group were all significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tangshen Jiangzhuo granule may reduce the expressions of AGEs and TGF-β1,and depress the inflammatory responses to delay kidney damages.关键词
