益气活血通脉汤治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究
Clinical Observation of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:92 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.46 patients were treated with Mecobalamine in the control group,and 46 patients in the observation group were also given Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction besides Mecobalamine.Nerve conduction velocity,indexes of hemorheology and oxidative stress,and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate in the control group was 71.74%,which was lower than 89.13% in the observation group,which had a statistical significance (P<0.05);For the observation group after treatment,the levels of MNCV and SNCV from the median nerves and peroneal nerves were higher,levels of plasma viscosity,high-shear phase blood viscosity,low-shear phase blood viscosity and erythrocyte assembling index(EAI) were reduced,the levels of SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC were higher,and the level of MDA was lower compared to that of the control group,in which there were statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction can improve nerve conduction velocity and hemorheology index,and it can reduce the oxidative stress reaction in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with a significant clinical efficacy.关键词
