化浊解毒和胃方对慢性萎缩性胃炎(浊毒内蕴证)的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Huazhuo Jiedu Hewei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with retention of phlegm and toxin syndrome.Methods:230 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=120) and the control group (n=110),the treatment group was given Huazhuo Jiedu Hewei decoction while the control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets.The clinical symptoms,examination of electronic gastroscope,and anti Helicobacter pylori(anti-Hp) were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was 90.83%,which was higher than 66.36% of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05),the curative effect from gastroscope examination and the result of anti-Hp infection were better in the treatment group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huazhuo Jiedu Hewei decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and the effect of anti-Hp infection,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
