Abstract
In order to provide reference for research on plant antioxidation , we introduced flavonoids and phenolic compounds related to an-tioxidant activity, and summarized the methods for determination of antioxidant properties, like the determination of the ability of removing hy-droxyl radicals, the determination of inhibiting superoxide anion radical and FRAP method.关键词
