摘要
Abstract
The problems existing in the development of rural human resources in Southwest Shandong Province were analyzed:The irrational flow of human resources in rural areas, the loss of rural human resources, and the deviation of the work of the grassroots government.On this basis,the countermeasures were put forward to realize the effective development of rural human resources, and inject new vitality into the development of rural economy in Southwest Shandong Province.关键词
