两种形态氮素及其配比对颠茄生长和氮代谢的影响
Effect of nitrogen form on growth and nitrogen metabolism of Atropa belladonna

Abstract
To offer theoretical principles for rationally fertilizing and scientifically planting Atropa belladonna,the effects of NH4+-N∶NO3——N ratios(0∶100,25∶75,50∶50,75∶25,100∶0)at different treating time(7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d)on dry weight,chlorophyll,main nitrogenous compound contents,and key enzyme activities in nitrogen metabolism were evaluated by soilless culture with nutrient solution.The results showed that the chlorophyll,free amino acid(FAA),and soluble protein(SP)contents increased with improving the NH4+-N content∶ chlorophyll and FAA contents were found to be the highest at NH4+-N∶NO3——N ratio of 75∶25,while SP content was the highest at NH4+-N∶NO3——N ratio of 50∶50.However,these effects could vary with different treating time.Throughout the study period,plants grown in solution with 100% NO3——N had higher dry weight(including shoot and root dry masses)than those of plants grown using other treatments;these plants also had higher active nitrate reductase(NR)and glutamine synthetase(GS),with the largest nitrate content in the leaves.It could be concluded that increasing the nitrate nitrogen content could promote dry matter accumulation and NR and GS activities of A.belladonna,and appropriately supplementing ammonium nitrogen could improve the contents of chlorophyll,FAA,and SP.Therefore,a combination of NH4+-N and NO3——N at an appropriate ratio of 25∶75 appears to be more beneficial to growth and nitrogen metabolism in A.belladonna.关键词
