Development and Application of Load Transfer Auxiliary Decision-making System in Distribution Grid
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems in traditional load transfer decision-making,such as over-reliance on the oper?ator's experience and disregard of the economic and operational complexity,this paper proposes a post-contingency load transfer model of distribution grid based on Dijkstra algorithm,and develops a load transfer auxiliary decision-mak?ing system(LTADS). Firstly,the corresponding mathematical optimization model is established with the objectives of minimizing the comprehensive index of switching operation times and active power loss,and the solution to the optimal load transfer path problem is elaborated. Secondly,the implementation scheme of LTADS is designed and the function?al structure is illustrated. Finally,the preliminary application of LTADS to the Dispatch and Control Center of State Grid Shanghai Shinan Power Supply Company is described.关键词
