摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the reliability of power system is reduced and the corresponding security risk increases during the DC de-icing period,a decision-making method is proposed based on fractional sieve method. The proposed method introduces risk evaluation theory,and adopts a comprehensive failure probability model that takes both protection action and the outage caused by ice-coating into account. The de-icing strategy model is estab?lished with the minimum of expected load curtailment during de-icing outage and the minimum of system operation risk after outage as objectives,and the de-icing condition as constraint. An optimal de-icing strategy can thus be obtained by using the fractional sieve method. The simulation results of an IEEE 30-node system indicate that the load loss caused by de-icing and the system operation risk can be effectively reduced by using the proposed decision-making model. The proposed method provides a reference for the power department to make a de-icing plan.
