摘要

Abstract

In this paper,a quasi-dynamic planning method is proposed for a large-scale substation system. With the long-range year,middle year or the end of recent year as the target year,and with the location and capacity of substa?tion in the target year being adopted as the candidate parameters in different stages during the planning period,the plan?ning is conducted year by year. Based on the loading and the feeder number of a substation,a heuristic approach is pro?posed to obtain the reasonable operation costs of the medium-voltage lines in different stages and the investment of new line. According to the unit load cost of substation and its responsible area,a quasi-dynamic multi-path forward method is presented to determine the yearly planning. In order to take account of both the speed and accuracy in the searching , the number of optimal paths for all stages can be set flexibly according to the capacity of substation,which is suitable for the dynamic planning of large-scale substation. The result of a case study shows that the proposed method is practical and effective.
