Advance in the Application of Metabonomics to Nutrition Research of Ruminants
摘要
Abstract
Metabonomics is a new discipline which is applied to study all metabolites of biological systems.It can not only detect the changes of all metabolites of a particular biological system,but also systematically measure the metabolites by the means of its unique analytical platforms and data analysis platforms.Owing to its widely applicability,metabonomics has been employed to nutrition study of ruminants in recent years.In this paper,we reviewed the application of metabonomics in ruminant nutrition,including the metabonomics of the rumen,the liver,the breast and the blood.关键词
