摘要

Abstract

Heat stress is the nonspecific physiological responses of body to heat exposure at high ambient temperature.A large number of studies show that heat stress can cause the body redox unbalance,which results in oxidative stress,damaged cells and tissues,and affecting growth and development as well as health.This research on heat stress has always been a hot research field both at home and abroad.With the increase of global temperature,the problem of heat stress will become more prominent.In this paper,the mechanism of oxidative stress under heat stress is reviewed to provide a reference for the following study.
