摘要
Abstract
Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) is a kind of important nutrients,and an important component of cell membrane phospholipids.PUFA has extensive biological functions in biological systems,such as regulating body lipid metabolism,immunity,anti-cancer,prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and promoting the growth and regulation of gene expression.In this review,the sources and biological functions of PUFA were elaborated,and the application status and prospect of PUFA in animal production were discussed.关键词
