Mechanism of Toll Like Receptor 4 in Immune Function and Effects of Some Nutritional Factors on It
摘要
Abstract
Toll like receptor 4 (TLR4) plays important roles in resisting exogenous and endogenous antigen interference,and it is also as a bridge in the connection between innate immunity and acquired immunity.Recently,TLR4-guided signal paths have been a hotspot in immunology,it could explain the immune mechanism in the body in depth through the study of TLR4 signaling pathway.This paper presented an overview about the newest research results of TLR4 in related to the structure,distribution,ligand,mechanism,nutrition-related factors and proposed the direction for future development nationally and internationally,which will provide some references for future scientific research and medical treatment.关键词
