微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术中应用滑动椎弓根钉棒系统治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion using sliding pedicle screw rod system for treatment of degenerative lumbar diseases

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion using sliding pedicle screw rod system for the treatment of degenerative lumbar diseases .Methods A total of 90 patients with lumbar degenerative diseases were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion.The observation group and control group used sliding pedicle screw rod system and conventional pedicle screw fixation system respectively.The clinical efficacy,incidence of postoperative complications ,Japanese Orthopedics Society (JOA) lumbar spine score and anterior/posterior edge height of vertebral body before and after operation were compared between the two groups .Results After 3 months of operation,the curative excellence rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.3％(42/45) and 77.8％(35/45) respectively, and the rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05 );the overall incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [11.1％(5/45) vs.35.6％(16/45);P<0.05].After operation,the JOA scores and anterior edge heights of vertebral body in both groups were higher than those before operation ,and the indices above in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion using sliding pedicle screw rod system can improve the therapeutic effect ,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, accelerate the fusion of decompression segments,and promote the recovery of lumbar function in the treatment of lumbar degenerative disease.关键词
