奈达铂、顺铂联合同期放疗治疗局部中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及急性毒副反应比较
Comparison of efficacy and acute toxicity between nedaplatin and cisplatin combined with concurrent radiotherapy for locally mid-term and advanced cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective To compare the short-term/long-term clinical efficacy and acute toxicity between nedaplatin and cisplatin combined with concurrent radiotherapy for locally mid-term and advanced cervical cancer .Methods Eighty patients with stage Ⅱb-Ⅲb cervical cancer were randomly divided into nedaplatin group and cisplatin group ,with 40 cases in each group .Both groups received external radiation of pelvic cavity and intracavitary therapy for radiotherapy .Concurrent chemotherapy using nedaplatin and cisplatin were conducted in the nedaplatin group and cisplatin group respectively .The therapeutic effective rate ,1-and 2-year survival rates ,disease-free survival rate and incidence of acute toxicity were compared between the two groups .Results There were no statistically significant differences in the therapeutic effective rate,1-and 2-year survival rates,or 1-and 2-year disease-free survival rates between the two groups (all P>0.05). The proportion of patients with leukopenia was higher ,and the proportions of patients with anorexia ,nausea and vomiting were lower in the nedaplatin group compared to the cisplatin group (P<0.05).Conclusion For locally mid-term and advanced cervical cancer ,nedaplatin combined with concurrent radiotherapy obtains similar short-and long-term clinical efficacy as cisplatin combined with concurrent radiotherapy.However,the patients achieve better tolerance of nedaplatin .关键词
