关节镜下术中应用富含血小板血浆治疗顽固性肩袖钙化性肌腱炎的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma during arthroscopic debridement for refractory calcific rotator cuff tendonitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) during arthroscopic debridement for refractory calcific rotator cuff tendonitis .Methods Forty-two patients with refractory calcific rotator cuff tendonitis were divided into PRP group and control group using the random number table ,with 21 cases in each group .Arthroscopic debridement for calcification was conducted in both groups.Intraoperative injections of PRP and normal saline into rotator cuff defect were performed in the PRP group and control group respectively.The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) shoulder score and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score were compared between the two groups before operation ,and at 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation .The postoperative recovery of rotator cuff injury was also compared between the two groups .Results No significant differences were found in the UCLA or ASES scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but the scores of both groups increased with the increasing observation time (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery rate of rotator cuff injury between the two groups at 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of PRP during arthroscopic debridement for refractory calcific rotator cuff tendonitis has no obvious effects on promoting the recovery of rotator cuff injury .关键词
