摘要

Abstract

Objective: To study the correlation of ultrasonic shear wave velocity (SWV) with cancer cell growth and intralesional angiogenesis in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods: Patients who were diagnosed with primary liver cancer in Xuzhou Central Hospital were selected, and real-time shear wave elastography was conducted to determine the ultrasonic shear wave velocity;liver cancer lesions and adjacent lesions were collected to determine the expression of tumor suppressor genes, proliferation genes and angiogenesis genes.Results: PICK1, Merlin, PTEN and FN protein expression in liver cancer lesions were significantly lower than those in adjacent lesions, while STC2, N-cadherin, Bcl-2, CyclinD1, E2F, Gli2, VEGFA, MMP9 and Ang-2 protein expression were significantly higher than those in adjacent lesions;liver cancer SWV was negatively correlated with PICK1, Merlin, PTEN and FN protein expression, and positively correlated with STC2, N-cadherin, Bcl-2, CyclinD1, E2F, Gli2, VEGFA, MMP9 and Ang-2 protein expression.Conclusion: The increase of SWV in patients with primary liver cancer is closely related to the cancer cell growth activity and the increase of angiogenesis.
