The evaluation value of three-dimensional finite element model analysis for bone mineral density and bone metabolism activity in patients with osteoporosis
目的:探讨三维有限元模型分析对骨质疏松患者股骨头骨密度(BMD)及骨代谢活力的评估价值.方法:收集在本院确诊的骨质疏松患者218例作为观察组,另取同期在本院进行体检的健康志愿者100例作为正常对照组.对两组研究对象的股骨头进行三维有限元模型分析,同时测定股骨头BMD水平、血清骨代谢指标含量.采用Pearson检验判断股骨头三维有限元模型分析对骨质疏松病情的评估价值.结果:观察组的松质骨、皮质骨Von Mises应力值低于正常对照组,观察组股骨颈的…查看全部>>
