子宫内膜癌PR、ER、PTEN、p53及Ki-67的表达情况及其与预后的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate correlations between progestins (PR),estrogen receptor (ER),phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromsomegen (PTEN),p53 and Ki-67 with clinicopathologic features and prognosis in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods Informations such as clinical,pathological and postoperative follow-up data of 198 patients with endometrial cancer admitted during July 2008 and January 2009 were selected,and correlations between PR,ER,PTEN,p53 and Ki-67 with clinicopathologic features were analyzed,and their effects on prognosis of endometrial cancer were also analyzed.Results The differences of ER positive expression rate in patients with different pathological type,federation international of gynecology and obstetrics (FIGO) staging,histopathologic staging and degree of myometrial infiltration were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There were significant differences in positive expression rate of PR in patients with different pathological type and histopathologic stage (P ＜ 0.05).The positive expression rate of p53 was higher with increasing histopathologic stage,and the rate was correlated with the pathological type (P ＜ 0.05).Ki-67 level was higher with increasing histopathologic stage (P ＜ 0.05).FIGO Ⅲ-Ⅳ staging,lymphatic metastasis and PR negative expression were risk factors which affected prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion PR expression has close relation with prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer.关键词
