不同手术入路方式治疗肱骨远端冠状面剪切骨折的临床效果比较
Comparison of Clinical Effect of Different Surgical Approach in Treatment of Distal Humerus Fractures

Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical effects of different surgical approaches in treatment of patients with distal humeral fractures.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with distal humerus fracture admitted during September 2013 and October 2015 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group (n =30 for each group) according to different surgical approaches.Control group was treated with anterolateral approach,while observation group was treated with anterolateral elbow joint combined with Kocher approach.Operative time,intraoperative volume of blood loss,length of stay,postoperative complications and Mayo elbow function score were observed in two groups.Results Values of operative time,blood loss and hospital stay were higher in observation group than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,in observation group,scores of daily activities,stability,motor function,pain and total Mayo elbow function score were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05),while incidence rate of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The anterolateral elbow joint of anterior approach combined with Kocher approach is effective with good safety in treatment of distal humerus fractures.关键词
