阿托伐他汀强化降脂治疗对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂、炎性细胞因子及心功能的影响
Effects of Atorvastatin on Blood Lipids, Inflammatory Cytokines and Cardiac Function in Enhanced Lipid-lowering Treatment of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of Atorvastatin on blood lipids,inflammatory factors and cardiac function in enhanced lipid-lowering treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP).Methods A total of 96 UAP patients admitted during March 2012 and July 2016 were divided into observation group and control group (n =48 for each group) according to treatment methods.All patients received conventional treatment.Observation group was treated with 40 mg Atorvastatin orally,while control group was treated with 20 mg Atorvastatin orally.Changes of blood lipid,inflammatory factors and cardiac function levels before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results After treatment,high sensitivity C reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P ＜0.01);in observation group,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly decreased,while high density lipoprotein cholesferol level was significantly increased compared with those before treatment and in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular ejection fraction levels after treatment were significantly increased compared with those before treatment in two groups,and the levels in observation group were higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin enhanced lipid-lowering treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris can achieve significant effect with good safety.关键词
