低分子肝素皮下注射治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床观察
Clinical Observation of Low Molecular Heparin by Subcutaneous Injections in Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect and safety of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods A total of 120 SAP patients admitted during March 2014 and January 2016 were divided into observation group (n =60) and control group (n =60) according to treatment methods.Control group was treated with conventional treatment,while observation group was added with LMWH by subcutaneous injection on the basis of treatment for control group.In two groups,transference operation rates after treatment for two weeks were observed;recovery time of clinical symptoms,total hospitalized time and short-time effect were compared;incidence rates of complications were recorded.Results Recovery times of clinical symptoms such as bowel sound,body temperature and abdominal pain,and total hospitalized time were all shorter than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).In observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher,while transference operation rate and incidence rate of complications were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion LMWH in treatment of SAP can achieve good clinical effect,and decrease transference operation rate and incidence rate of complication with good safety.关键词
