多层螺旋CT胰周血管成像在胰腺癌手术治疗中的应用价值
Value of Multislice Spiral CT Peripancreatic Angiography in Application of Surgical Treatment for Pancreatic Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the guidance value of multislice spiral CT peripancreatic angiography in application of surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer.Methods Clinical data of 48 patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by postoperatively pathological results,who were admitted between March 2010 and February 2015,was retrospectively analyzed.Findings of multislice spiral CT scanning were observed,and guidance value of multislice spiral CT peripancreatic angiography in application of surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer was evaluated.Results The coincidence rate of multislice spiral CT angiography in evaluation of surgical feasibility and results was 95.83％.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT peripancreatic angiography has guidance value in surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer.关键词
