宫腔镜下电切除术治疗不同分型子宫黏膜下肌瘤对患者生育能力的影响
Effect of Hysteroscopic Electrosection on Potentia Generandi in Treatment of Different Classifications Patients with Uterine Submucous Myoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of hysteroscopic electrosection on potentia generandi in treatment of patients with uterine submucous myoma. Methods Clinical data of 150 patients with uterine submucosal myoma admit-ted during October 2010 and October 2014 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into group A ( type 0 ) , B ( type Ⅰ) and C ( type Ⅱ) according to clinical classification of American International Hysteroscopy Center in 2005 ( n=50 for each group) . Intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, length of hospital stay, postoperative complica-tions and postoperative pregnancy outcomes were compared and analyzed in the 3 groups. Results There were no signifi-cant differences in values of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and length of hospital stay among the 3 groups (P>0. 05). The full term productivity in group A was significantly higher than those in group B and C (P<0. 05), and there was no significant difference in the value between group B and C (P>0. 05). There were no significant differences in rate of premature delivery, dystocia rate and abortion rate among the 3 groups (P>0. 05). No serious complication was found after operation in the 3 groups. Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrosection in treatment of different classifica-tions patients with uterine submucous myoma is safe and effective, but there are differences in pregnancy outcome after treatment. Early diagnosis and treatment can improve potentia generandi of patients.关键词
