多层螺旋CT多期增强扫描对肺癌多发骨转移的诊断价值
Value of Multislice CT Multiphase Enhancement Scanning in Diagnosis of Patients with Multiple Bony Metastasis of Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate value of multislice CT ( MSCT) multiphase enhancement scanning in diag-nosis of patients with multiple bony metastasis of lung cancer. Methods Clinical data of 78 patients with multiple bony metastasis of lung cancer during July 2015 and December 2016 was collected. All patients underwent MSCT plain scan-ning and multiphase enhancement scanning, Dectection rates of plain scanning and multiphase enhancement scanning for multiple bony metastases of lung cancer were compared with the results by positron emission tomography-computed tomo-graphy ( PET-CT) examination, and the value of MSCT multiphase enhancement scanning in diagnosis of patients with multiple bony metastasis of lung cancer was analyzed. Results A total of 181 metastatic bone lesions were found in 78 patients with lung cancer by PET-CT examination, which included 62 cases of vertebral metastasis, 52 cases of ribs and other accessories metastasis, 34 of femoral metastasis, 29 cases of scapular bony metastasis and 4 cases of skull metasta-sis. Detection rates for bony metastasis of lung cancer were 78. 45% (142/181) by MSCT plain scanning and 95. 58%(173/181) by MSCT multiphase enhancement scanning respectively. Detection rates of vertebral body and scapula me-tastasis and the total detection rate by CT plain scanning were significantly lower than those by MSCT multiphase enhance-ment scanning (P<0. 01). Conclusion MSCT multiphase enhancement scanning has high detection rate in diagnosis of patients with multiple bony metastasis of lung cancer, and it may provide imaging data for clinical treatment.关键词
